1. Private or friends-only videos
VidFetch can only work with public links. Switch the post to public (if you own it) or ask for a public share link.
2. Incomplete or truncated URLs
Make sure the paste includes https:// and wasn’t cut off by the messenger app. Prefer “Copy link” over screenshotting the address.

3. Region or age restrictions
Some videos block certain countries or require login. Those usually cannot be fetched anonymously.
4. Stalled progress
Stay on the VidFetch tab while fetching. On mobile, switching apps can pause network requests. Retry with a fresh paste.
5. File doesn’t appear
Check browser download permissions, the Downloads folder, and (on iOS) the Files app. Try another quality if one format fails.
